Kiteboarding Lessons Pty Ltd shall not be liable for any consequential damage or injury that may result from the use (or misuse) of the information, media or products on this website. If you are not competent in the use of the product you are ordering - please obtain professional instruction and do not hesitate to contact us if you need assistance. It is essential to get professional advice for the use of 'traction kiting' equipment. Please visit our lessons product page for more information. You agree that we may use your information and details for the purpose of completing the order. We may need to contact you regarding the purchase. Refer to our Privacy Statement.
Most products we sell are covered by a manufacturer's warranty. This applies to manufacturing defects only, and does not apply to normal wear and tear, or misuse of the product. Please refer to the manufacturers documentation for more info. Products purchased from Kiteboarding Lessons Pty Ltd may be returned (at the buyers expense) for a credit or exchange. Goods must be returned within 14 days of receipt in new condition.
Unauthorised or commercial use of content or multimedia material (of any sort) displayed on the Kiteboarding Lessons website is prohibited. If you would like to link to our website other than our homepage, then please ask our permission.
In the event that a product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel the order... you should understand e.g. that if we accidentally listed a $500 kite for $50.
