The Assistant Training Course (ATC) is for independent kiteboarders who want to improve their riding or make a career out of kiteboarding. Learn the fundamentals of kiteboarding and turn your skills into primary teaching competencies. The ATC prepares you to work as an Assistant at IKO Centres around the world. You can also take this course to improve your skills and become a stronger and more confident kiter.

The Instructor Level 1 Training Course (ITC) is your best start to becoming a professional kite Instructor and living your dream. All pedagogical contents and exercises included in the course show you how to find the perfect balance of fun and safety while keeping in mind each kiteboarders' individuality. The course is designed for you to become a proficient Instructor. Learn through a top-notch recognised method how to teach safely and efficiently from beginner to independent kiteboarders.

Prerequisites for the Assistant Instructor​​ Training Course (ATC):

• 16 years old

• Riding Level IKO Advanced Level 4

• Fluent in English

Prerequisites for the Instructor Level 1 Training Course (ITC) 

• 18 years old

• Assistant Instructor certification

• Valid First Aid & CPR Certification
