Delivery
Purchases are dispatched from Sydney and should arrive within 2-5 working days from receipt of purchase. Kiteboarding Lessons Pty Ltd are not liable for any damage associated with delivery but the items will be insured during transit.

Returns
Any goods purchased from the Kiteboarding Lessons Pty Ltd online store may be returned under the following conditions:
- The incorrect item was received, in this circumstance we will reimburse you for the return transit cost and will
resend the correct item.
- The size of the item purchased is incorrect, in this case items may be exchanged ‘refer to our terms and conditions’
postage and handling cost will be at your expense.
- The item is faulty, in this case we will pay for return shipment and resend the item.
- The goods have not been used or opened and is returned within 7 days of purchase, in this case an exchange
or refund will be granted less handling costs.
Proof of purchase will need to be verified prior to any refund or exchange.
